Sila Capital purchased Intech Eleven in October of 2010 from a Special Receiver as a non-performing note.
Intech Eleven is a 90,000-square-foot Class B commercial office building located in the Intech Park on the west side of Indianapolis, IN.
The building was successfully leased and recapitalized in 2012.
